1BlessedNatural Girls and Guys, Natural Hair Photo Shoot : Part 2

Big Sister Natural's cornrow headband style

Happy Monday, my blessed naturals!
I hope you all are having a great morning. I'm thankful God woke me up today!
Yesterday, I posted Part 1 of the "1BlessedNatural Girls and Guys, Natural Hair Photo Shoot" which featured the older guys and girl. Today, I am posting the hairstyles of the little naturals (smile).

Big Sister Natural: You may have seen her styles on my blog before. This time, Big Sister is rocking a braided headband. The style features two interlocked cornrows at the front of her head and two medium sized cornrows. The cornrows are braided around her ears and towards the back of her neck where they hang, hidden by all of her free flowing hair. Her mom said the secret to keeping her hair thick and long was to keep it stretched. She keeps it stretched by blow drying it. This helps to reduce breakage caused by tangles. If you are going to use a blow dryer on your hair, be sure to wash, condition, and moisturize your hair beforehand. I would recommend using the cool setting on the blow dryer. You can also use the Tension Method where the hair is blow dried while being held taut by your hands. This helps to reduce the amount of heat applied to your hair.

Little Sister Natural: CL is also back with another hair update. Like her sister, Little Sis' hair has grown so much. She still hates to get her hair done. This week, their mom refreshed her two-strand twists. She removed CL's rubber bands and applied a small amount of Softee Curl Activator (with the blue top) to her edges, brushed, and re-twisted the hair. Mom says she sometimes uses baby lotion on her hair because it makes it soft when it dries.

Each section was divided into two medium-sized twists.

What hairstyles do you like for your little natural(s)?
